Do I need a credit card to use the Free plan?: No. You can sign up and start sending logs without entering payment details.
What counts toward the per-minute ingest limit?: Each stored log entry counts once toward your per-project per-minute cap (batch requests count every row in the batch). See the logging API docs for how to send events.
What happens when I reach the stored log cap?: Older logs are removed as new ones arrive so each project stays within its retention limit. Plan limits shown here are what the product enforces today and may change; we will communicate material updates.
When can I subscribe to a paid plan?: Anytime after you sign in. Open the Plan page, choose Pro or Studio with monthly or annual billing, and complete checkout.
How do monthly and annual billing compare?: Pro is $3.99 per month or $35.91 per year (25% off, about $2.99 per month). Studio is $9.99 per month or $89.91 per year (about $7.49 per month). Prices are in USD. Final charge at checkout may include taxes where applicable.
What's included on each plan?: Free includes up to 2 projects, 100 log entries per minute per project, and 1,000 stored logs per project with the realtime dashboard. Pro raises that to 25 projects, 5,000 entries per minute, and 50,000 stored logs per project, plus Discord alerts, team access, and CSV / JSON export. Studio adds 100 projects, 20,000 entries per minute, and 250,000 stored logs per project for larger studios.
