Terms of service

Last updated: May 2026. By accessing or using Flux ("Service"), you agree to these terms. If you are using Flux on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

The service

Flux provides logging-related software and hosted infrastructure, including the website, dashboard, and HTTP APIs for ingesting and viewing log events from your experiences (for example Roblox games you control). Features, limits, and availability may change as we improve the product; plan limits described in the app or on the Pricing page are part of how the Service operates today.

Accounts and API keys

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and project API keys, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate access to protect the Service or other users.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you must not:

  • Send data you do not have the right to process, or that violates applicable law;
  • Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without authorization;
  • Overload or disrupt the Service (including circumventing rate limits);
  • Use the Service to distribute malware, spam, or unlawful content;
  • Reverse engineer the Service except where applicable law expressly permits.

Your content

You retain ownership of your log payloads and related materials. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to provide and improve the Service. You represent that you have the rights necessary for us to process the data you send.

Fees

Paid plans and billing, when offered, will be described at purchase. Until checkout is enabled, you may use the Free tier as made available. Taxes may apply where required by law.

Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLUX AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS, IF YOU HAVE NOT HAD ANY PAYMENT OBLIGATION.

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Flux and its affiliates, directors, and employees against any third-party claims and costs arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction require otherwise. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.
