Privacy policy

Last updated: May 2026. This policy describes how Flux ("we", "us") handles information when you use our website, dashboard, and logging APIs.

Information we process

Account data. If you create an account, we process the identifiers and profile fields you provide (for example email) and authentication data managed by our auth provider (Supabase), including session cookies required to keep you signed in.

Log data. When you configure a Roblox experience or other client to send events to Flux, we store and display the payloads you submit (for example message, level, metadata) together with technical context such as timestamps and project identifiers, as needed to operate the service.

Technical data. Like most hosted applications, our infrastructure may automatically record request metadata (for example IP address, user agent, routing information) for security, reliability, and abuse prevention.

How we use information

We use the categories above to provide, secure, and improve Flux; authenticate users; enforce plan limits; troubleshoot issues; and comply with law. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We rely on subprocessors to host and operate the product (including authentication and database services). They process data only on our instructions and under appropriate agreements. The Security documentation summarizes how keys and transport are handled for log ingestion.

Retention

Log retention follows the limits described on the Pricing page for your plan (older entries may be removed as new data arrives). Account records are kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backup, audit, and legal obligations unless a shorter period is required by law.

Your choices

You may access or update certain account information from the dashboard where available. You can control non-essential storage on our marketing site via the cookie banner and the Cookie policy. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data, or to object to certain processing; contact us through the channels we provide on the site and we will respond in line with applicable law.

Children

Flux is intended for developers and studio operators. If you believe we have collected personal information from a child in a way that violates applicable law, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and adjust the "Last updated" date above. Material changes may be communicated through the product or by email where appropriate.
